Our fees, in full, on this page.
You should not have to fill in a form to find out what tutoring costs. Everything we charge is set out below, along with exactly what a month includes and how to stop.
Three ways to work with us
Choose the format, not a bundle.
Every package carries the same standard of teaching and the same matched tutor. What changes is how much of the tutor's attention is yours alone — and the fee moves with that, and nothing else.
Group tutoring

Which one fits your learner.
Most families start in a group and move to one-on-one only if the pace demands it. Very few need to start with private tuition, and we will tell you plainly if we think you do not.

In every package
Four things you never pay extra for.
These are not upsells and they are not reserved for the higher tiers. A learner in the entry group package receives all four, on the same terms as everyone else.
A matched tutor
Chosen on curriculum, subject, grade and temperament by a person who has read the learner's situation — not allocated by whoever happens to be free.
Every material you need
Worksheets, notes and past papers are provided throughout, at no additional charge. You are never asked to buy a pack before the teaching starts.
Curriculum-specific teaching
Taught against CAPS, IEB, SACAI or Cambridge as it applies to your learner, including the way that curriculum marks an answer.
A tutor change if it is not working
Where a placement is not working we move the learner, at no cost. You are never asked to persist with a poor fit to protect our scheduling.
How fees work
Plainly, so nobody is surprised.
Tutoring should not come with fine print. These are the terms in full — if anything below is unclear, ask us before you register rather than after.
- Billing Monthly, in advance. Fees are charged per subject, so a learner taking two subjects is billed for two.
- Registration fee R240 per learner, once a year. It is the only charge that is not teaching.
- Fixed term None. You are not locked into a term or a year, and you may stop at the end of any month.
- Notice One calendar month, in writing. The month already paid for is taught in full.
- Stopping without notice A cancellation fee of R240 applies where lessons are discontinued without the month's notice above.
- Materials Included. Worksheets, notes and past papers are provided at no additional charge.
- Missed lessons Tell us in advance and we will do what we can to move the session. Group classes cannot always be rescheduled; one-on-one usually can.
- Fee increases Reviewed once a year. Existing families are told before the increase applies, never after.
