Home/Manage enrolment

Change something about an existing enrolment.

For families already with us. Add a subject, move a class, ask for a different tutor, pause lessons, or give notice — all in one place, and all in writing.

What you can do here

i

Add a subject

Fees are charged per subject, so adding one changes the monthly amount. We will confirm the new figure before it applies.

ii

Change a class time

Group slots are fixed, so a move depends on space in another class. One-on-one is usually straightforward.

iii

Request a different tutor

At no cost, and you do not owe us a reason. Where a placement is not working we would rather move it than lose the learner.

iv

Pause lessons

For an illness, a family matter, or a term abroad. Tell us how long, and we will hold the place where we can.

v

Give notice to stop

One calendar month, in writing. This form is that written notice — you do not need to send anything else.

vi

Update your details

A new email address, telephone number or billing reference. Quick, and worth doing before a report is due.

Section i What would you like to change?

Before you give notice

We are sorry to see the learner go, and we would rather fix a problem than lose them — if something is not working, a tutor change costs nothing and often solves it.

  • Notice is one calendar month. Lessons continue, and are taught in full, until that month ends.
  • The month already paid for is taught in full — you are not billed again.
  • Submitting this form is your written notice. Nothing further is needed.
  • Discontinuing without this notice attracts a R240 cancellation fee.
  • The annual registration fee is not refundable.
