Request types

One form for important learner changes.

Enrollment changes affect scheduling, payment planning, tutor allocation, and learner progress. Please submit requests early so the academy can review and respond properly.

Update details

Change parent contact details, learner information, grade, curriculum, school, or academic background details.

Add or remove subjects

Request changes to the learner’s subject support or ask for guidance on an additional subject.

Schedule support

Request a schedule adjustment, additional lessons, exam preparation time, or a different support format.

Pause or cancel

Submit a formal pause or cancellation request so billing and lesson placement can be handled correctly.

Please complete the form with accurate learner and parent details. If the request affects payment, lesson attendance, cancellation, or monthly scheduling, submit it as early as possible.

Some requests may require confirmation from the academy before they take effect.

Important notice

Enrollment changes may affect billing, lesson access, class capacity, tutor allocation, and the learner’s reserved space.

  • Cancellation or termination requests definitely require 30 days’ written notice.
  • If 30 days’ notice is not given, a cancellation / termination fee of R240 will apply.
  • Group spaces are subject to availability and cannot always be restored once released.
  • Subject, package, pause, cancellation, and termination requests only take effect once confirmed by the academy.

Enrollment changes must protect both the learner and the programme.

Changes are handled carefully because they may affect tutor planning, class balance, monthly billing, and the learner’s academic routine.

We check academic impact.

Subject removals, support format changes, pauses, or cancellations may affect consistency and exam readiness.

ii.

We check availability.

Additional subjects, extra lessons, or new times depend on tutor and class capacity.

iii.

We check billing status.

Some requests may only be processed once outstanding payments or notice-period terms are resolved.

iv.

We confirm before applying changes.

Submitting this form creates a request. The change is not automatically active until confirmed by the academy.

Submit the request early so changes can be handled with care.

The academy will review the request and respond with the next step based on scheduling, billing, learner needs, and enrollment terms.
